There are a couple of things you can try. One method is to have your tickler apply baby or mineral oil to your soles and then proceed to tickle your feet with their fingers, a hair brush, or an electric toothbrush. The oil cuts down on the surface tension and can increase sensitivity. Also, wearing nylons or silk stockings during a tickling session can sometimes make the feet more ticklish. This doesn't work for everyone though. I've tickled ladies who were wearing nylons who told me it made them far more ticklish and I've had others tell me that being tickled on their bare feet was still more intense. I've also tickled a few women right after they had a pedicure who have said that their feet were even more sensitive than normal as a result. You may want to try getting one and then being tickled immediately afterward. There is one more trick that may also help. Have your tickler apply a generous coat of foot lotion to your bare feet. Make sure to have them massage it into your skin thoroughly. Next, have them place a pair of snug fitting socks on your feet. Wool socks may yield slightly better results. Leave your feet this way for a good half hour while your partner tickles you elsewhere. Then have them remove the socks and begin tickling your feet. You can also try applying the lotion and socks and leaving them on overnight. This can also help with sensitivity. I would also suggest that you begin using moisturizer regularly on your feet.

I'm on antibiotics treating a bad case of bacterial tonsillitis, I know that after the antibiotics my immune system will be low and because it's bacterial & not viral there might be chance of reinfection. I also know that bacteria can survive on objects, so do I need to wash my bedsheets, change my toothbrush, and disinfect objects in my room like the computer keyboard/mouse/doorknobs etc? Thanks.

Get your dr to check you for Pylor bacteria, you take antibiotics to clear it up.
Or you could have had a dosage of Salmonella which only clears itself out of your body naturally over time.
Get rid of your old toothbrush and sanitize door knobs light switches etc.

Does your son have any allergies or sinus problems? The ears, nose and throat have a tube internally that connect so if there is any sinus drainage that can run down the throat.Gross, but true. This can be a possible suspect and if so then he needs to have the sinus issue treated to relieve or reduce that.I would also say fluids will flush out that more and helps to brush the tongue instead of scraping it. There are toothbrushes now that have a tongue brushing feature on it I believe Colgate makes one.
I would try that and see if he finds some relief in this , I have had that happen more when I took an antibiotic at times for something or when my sinus has bothered me at certain seasons in the year as well.Brushing with a little toothpaste helps but drink more liquids also.Helps to thin out any drainage and flush it away more often.Doesn't have to be just water, can have gatorade or powerade, lemonade, koolade.

Woah woah woah. K. Dont panic and go calling 9-1-1 right away.
Make sure he throws up…man up and do it yourself, ive stuck my finger down a friends throat in the past. You'd want them to do it for you…use a toothbrush if you're grossed out.
Second Rum and weed combined don't do much physical damage…how much rum did he have? How much does he weigh and how often does he drink? If its a lot he could have alcohol poisoning and needs his stomach pumped.
Remember, he's high. It could be the weed saying he's fucked up.
The ibeprophen isn't a good combination too. I'd let him throw up, give him LOTS of water and calm him down..ask him how he feels in 10 minutes and if its not better then call 9-1-1
If he overdosed, call 9-1-1 right away.
Then when he recovers slap him for being so stupid. Drugs arent cool kid, whats cool is making a living for yourself so you don't end up dead on the streets.

They're lazy! When I was four, I always, always would ignore my mom asking me to brush my teeth, my hair, take a bath, blah blah blah. Instead I would watch TV and eat junk, which didn't help anything. It got to the point where my hair got greasy and thick (I know >.< SOO gross) and my teeth were yellow. EW! Well one day my mom bought me a beautiful mirror, it had roses carved on the outside and even had my name engraved on the bottom. I was ecstatic! But my mom said, "You can use it when you have a nicer reflection." I was shocked, angry, and hurt. But finally, that night I picked up my toothbrush and brushed, along with a very long bath. I got to use my mirror, and looked nicer!
Sorry if that long story annoyed you, but to answer your question, they're just lazy.
